Air conditioning. Big rooms, clean and tidy and full breakfast including all kind of eggs, cheese, fruit and smoked fish, convenient parking , and a very fine sauna and wellness area.

Very good hotel whith luxous prestation swiming pool, spa, jacuzzi, The hotel is very clean and situed in a very calm place. He's located at a few minutes of center by car.

The breakfirst is very complet. Parking was cheap and literally just out the front door. Located in the heart of Chemnitz this is a large modern hotel.

Impeccably clean the location was superb for the Christmas market. If your not concerned Quality - Price relation of this hotel is good.

The price level is fair for the quality you get. The rooms are clean, confortable and have all you need. Parking for car is spacious, and free of cost.

Stayed one night and it was great for that: easy location near the autobahn, free parking, quiet location. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

There were two bottles of water In German terms a larger size business hotel. Breakfast range OK but the breakfast room is rather dark and so its a bit of a depressing start in the day.

Restaurant Menu is a giod mix and nice ideas for The Seaside Residenz Hotel was very conveniently located for both my work and access to town for the evening.

Super cozy place and great food! We stumbled upon this place, and had a great evening here. The Owner is ever so friendly and taking such good Care of us.

Our 3 boys, my husbond and I found the Food delicious, the atmosphere delightful and the drinks sooo tasty. We came on a quiet night, and had the pleasure of the owners very dedicated service.
